 Are you looking for a interactive experience that will enhance your special event in a unique and fun way? Having a live event illustrator present at your reception or event is a great way to give back to your guests, to celebrate their personal style, and to inject some extra fun and entertainment into your event.

Live Event Illustration Services

In my role as a live fashion illustrator, I will be able to give your guests the VIP treatment by transforming them into fashion illustrations right there and then! As part of my service, I will bring my own art supplies and sketch your guests on site during the time of your event. Having each illustration page branded with your logo and event date will make it an invaluable memento for the guest so that they are able to take it with them as a part of their own personalized gift.

In addition to live fashion events, I am also available for bookings for private events (such as Fashion Week events, Brand Launches, Trunk Shows, weddings, bridal showers, corporate holiday parties, sweet sixteens, bat mitzvahs, birthday parties, and more!) within the Texas, Colorado, and South Dakota region. Travel requests are taken on a case by case basis. *Available for international travel.

The Process


Fill out the form and we can go over everything you want for your event (including a custom border!)


Event day! I will set up at a small table and guests can come over whenever they like


I draw guests with markers and pens on paper


Guests receive their custom sketches and have the most unique memento from your event


How long does each sketch take? About 5 minutes per person included depending on the complexity of their outfit.

Do you travel? Yes! Depending on the location of your event and duration of the stay, travel fees will apply (including but not limited to ground transportation/ flight costs, lodging, and travel time).

Can you customize the paper used? Yes! I can have the "5x7" marker paper I use pre-printed with your logo or custom design for an additional fee. I can also assist in creating a design for you.

How does the process work? Please contact me directly using the form at the bottom of the page for pricing, as it does differ between options.

Option 1: Photos - I take photos of guests at the beginning of the night and use them to create the sketches. Guests can go enjoy the event and pick up their sketches as they are completed or at the end of the night. Guests are always welcome to stay and watch me sketch!

Option 2: Sign up sheet - Guests are assigned blocks of time to come pose for me and be sketched live. Guests get an interactive experience as they watch themselves be turned into a sketch right in front of them!

How far in advance do you have to book? I book up to 6 months in advance. If your event is over 6 months in advance, please still feel free to reach out to me. I can put a placeholder on the date and follow up again with you when we are within the 6 month window.

Do you do small private events (10- 20 people)? Yes, please contact me for my special small event rate!

What kind of set up do you use?

A standard height table (at least 4-6 feet long, if possible) and chair.

A well lit area, or placement next to an outlet so I can plug in a lamp. This is especially important for evening events!

If your event is outdoors, it is preferable that I be set up in a shaded area.

Do you require down payment? Yes, I require a down payment up front to secure the date, and the remaining balance is due 2 weeks before the event. Down payments are non-refundable.

Do you have a cancellation policy? Yes, events must be cancelled at least 30 days before the event to receive a refund (excluding down payments which are non-refundable).

Are there rules or restrictions on live illustration? Yes, they are as follows:

No more than 2 people per sketch.

To ensure as many people receive a sketch as possible, limit is one sketch per person.

Guests must be present at the event to be drawn (I will not draw from personal photos on guests’ phones).
